Split Red + Ink Footer
Refined Option 3. Real logo asset placed in each logo slot. All four links share font size 46, line height, left edge, and margin. Active Work is full off-white with a slim ink marker in the left gutter that does not shift the text. Lower ink footer carries START SOMETHING, a large unboxed CONTACT, the red AVAILABLE line, and four monochrome social icons with 44px targets.
